Reporting to the MP Skills Team Leader– the Customer Services Administrator will perform a variety of general office administration duties including taking calls from customers/suppliers and contractors, bookings for hire of meeting rooms and arranging the trainers.
In addition, the jobholder will be required to undertake, the production of skills cards, carry out DVSA uploads, printing certificates and updating spread sheets and the CRM where required. Hosting full catalogue of MP Skills training courses.
